Clean and comfortable rooms at Hotel Casa González
Our rooms are ideal for those seeking cleanliness, comfort, and top-notch attention. All of them are equipped with the amenities you need for a calm and pleasant stay. They come with a television, phone, room service, and free Wi-Fi connection so you can stay connected at all times. The best part is that each room is unique, offering different sizes, locations, and views.
If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, our larger rooms, Master, feature a private terrace that allows you to enjoy the sun and the view of the surroundings. If you prefer a view of our courtyards or gardens, some of our rooms offer that option so you can appreciate the natural beauty from the comfort of your room. We also offer smaller and more affordable rooms that are ideal for those looking to save on their budget. However, we must mention that these rooms might be exposed to street noise, so if you’re sensitive to sounds, we recommend opting for our larger rooms.
In our hotel, comfort and privacy are our priorities, which is why WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. Furthermore, our staff is always at your disposal to assist with any needs you might have during your stay.
Small Room
Our small room is perfect for those looking for comfort and privacy at an affordable price.
Despite its size, the room is cozy and comfortable, with simple decor that will make you feel right at home. You can opt for a room with a double bed if you’re looking for a more romantic experience or two single beds if traveling with a friend or family member.
Family Room
For those traveling in groups or with family, we have our family rooms. All of them are different and can accommodate three or four people.
The ones for three people have the option of having three single beds, or a king or double bed with one single bed. The room for four people features a comfortable double bed and two single beds.
Master Room
Our Master rooms are the perfect option for those seeking a more luxurious and comfortable lodging experience. The room features a top-quality King size bed, which is spacious and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The Master rooms are very roomy, including a desk for those who need to work during their stay, as well as a relaxation chair or recliner to unwind after a day of exploration. Some come with a private terrace or balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views and fresh air.
DOBLE ROOM
Our double rooms also feature a warm and welcoming decoration that will make you feel at home during your stay.
They have two single beds or a bed smaller than a queen size bed. The atmosphere is perfect for resting after a long day of exploration or for sharing those unforgettable moments with a companion.
Cancellation policies
Reservations through travel agencies
All reservations made through travel agencies (booking, Despegar, Expedia, Hotels, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies that were accepted at the time of booking. Hotel Casa González CANNOT modify these conditions. Similarly, any changes or cancellations with such reservations must be made directly with the agency with whom you contracted your service.
During Low Season
You can cancel without any penalty charge during our low season period, as long as the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
Late or no show
In the event of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice before your arrival, or failure to show up on the expected day, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.
During High Season
You can cancel without a penalty charge up to 15 days in advance of your arrival date. (Day of the Dead, Formula 1, Christmas, Extended weekends, and holidays).
