In addition, each room is unique. We offer a variety of sizes, locations, and views to suit your preferences and budget. If you’re looking for more space and relaxation, our Master rooms include private terraces, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and surrounding ambiance. We also have rooms with views of the gardens or interior patios, so you can admire the natural beauty right from your room.
For travelers on a budget, we offer smaller and more affordable options. However, it’s important to note that some of these rooms may be exposed to street noise, so if you’re sensitive to sound, we recommend choosing one of our larger, quieter rooms.
At Hotel Casa González, the comfort and privacy of our guests are a top priority, which is why WE DO NOT accept pets. Our staff is always available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.

Standar Room
Our Standard Room is perfect for those seeking comfort and privacy at an affordable price.
Despite its size, the room is cozy and comfortable, featuring simple décor that will make you feel right at home. You can choose a room with a double bed for a more romantic experience, or two single beds if you are traveling with a friend or family member.
Family Room
For those traveling in groups or with family, we offer our Family Rooms. Each one is unique and can accommodate three or four guests.
The Triple Family Room offers the option of three single beds, or one king or double bed with an additional single bed. The Quadruple Family Room features a comfortable double bed and two single beds.
Master Room
Our Master Rooms are the perfect choice for those seeking a more luxurious and comfortable stay. The room features a premium king-size bed that is spacious and exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Master Rooms are very spacious and include a desk for those who need to work during their stay, as well as a lounge chair or armchair to relax after a day of exploring. Some rooms also feature a private terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful views and fresh air.
Double Room
Our Double Rooms also feature a warm and inviting décor that will make you feel at home during your stay.
We offer two options: either a king-size bed or two single beds. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring or for sharing unforgettable moments with a companion.
Cancellation policies
Reservations through travel agencies
All reservations made through travel agencies (booking, Despegar, Expedia, Hotels, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies that were accepted at the time of booking. Hotel Casa González CANNOT modify these conditions. Similarly, any changes or cancellations with such reservations must be made directly with the agency with whom you contracted your service.
During Low Season
You can cancel without any penalty charge during our low season period, as long as the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
Late or no show
In the event of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice before your arrival, or failure to show up on the expected day, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.
During High Season
You can cancel without a penalty charge up to 15 days in advance of your arrival date. (Day of the Dead, Formula 1, Christmas, Extended weekends, and holidays).
