2. Services Offered

The Hotel provides accommodation, food and beverage, event organization, and other services related to its business activities.

The characteristics, availability, restrictions, and prices of each service will be those communicated to the guest on the website, in the quotation, in the reservation confirmation, or through direct communication from the Hotel.

The photographs, descriptions, and images published on the website are for informational purposes. Minor variations may exist in the layout, decoration, furnishings, or specific characteristics of the rooms and facilities.

3. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and must be expressly confirmed by the Hotel.

A reservation request, the submission of information, receipt of a payment, or issuance of a charge does not by itself constitute final confirmation of a reservation unless the Hotel has sent the guest a written confirmation.

The confirmation may include:

  • Guest’s name.
  • Reservation number or reference.
  • Arrival and departure dates.
  • Room type or service booked.
  • Number of guests.
  • Rate and taxes.
  • Amount paid or outstanding balance.
  • Applicable cancellation conditions.

The guest is responsible for verifying that the information in the confirmation is correct and must notify the Hotel of any error as soon as possible.

4. Prices and Taxes

Prices will be stated in Mexican pesos unless another currency is expressly indicated.

The applicable total price will be the amount communicated to the guest before confirming the reservation or making the payment and will include applicable taxes when so indicated.

Additional services not included in the reservation, such as food, beverages, transportation, laundry, telephone calls, extraordinary consumption, damages, or special services, may result in additional charges.

The Hotel may change its future rates at any time. Such changes will not affect previously confirmed reservations unless there is an obvious rate error or the guest requests a modification to the originally contracted conditions.

5. Payments

The Hotel may request any of the following forms of guarantee or payment:

  • Card details as a guarantee.
  • Advance payment of one night.
  • Partial deposit.
  • Full payment for the stay or service.
  • Any other guarantee previously communicated to the guest.

Online card payments are processed through the secure platforms of Openpay by BBVA, PayPal, and Stripe.

When payment is processed directly through the Hotel’s website, the Hotel does not receive or store the full card number or security code on its website.

Before making a payment, the guest must verify:

  • The merchant’s name.
  • The payment description.
  • The currency.
  • The total amount.
  • The reservation or service reference.

Payment will be considered received when the transaction appears as approved and has been verified by the Hotel.

A bank authorization or payment receipt does not replace the written reservation confirmation.

6. Invoicing

Guests requiring an invoice must provide complete, accurate, and current tax information within the period established by applicable law and the Hotel’s administrative procedures.

The invoice will be issued after payment has been received and validated.

Requests received during weekends or non-business days may be handled on the following business day.

The guest is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the tax information provided.

7. Arrival and Departure

Unless the confirmation indicates different conditions, the applicable times will be:

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date and does not notify the Hotel, the applicable cancellation or no-show policy will apply.

8. Identification and Registration

At check-in, the guest must present valid official identification.

The Hotel may request a card, deposit, or guarantee to cover additional charges or possible damages, in accordance with the conditions communicated to the guest.

Minors must stay accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or legally responsible adult.

9. Conduct and Use of the Facilities

Guests must use the rooms, furniture, equipment, and facilities responsibly.

Illegal, dangerous, disruptive activities or conduct contrary to the Hotel’s safety and coexistence rules are not permitted.

The guest will be responsible for damages caused by the guest, accompanying persons, visitors, or anyone under the guest’s responsibility.

The Hotel may refuse service or request that a person leave when that person:

  • Places the safety of others at risk.
  • Causes damage to the facilities.
  • Engages in unlawful activities.
  • Seriously disrupts the peace of other guests.
  • Materially breaches these terms and conditions.

10. Personal Belongings

The Hotel will not be responsible for belongings left unattended in rooms, common areas, or vehicles, except where such responsibility applies under applicable law.

Valuables should be secured using the facilities made available by the Hotel.

Forgotten items will be kept for a period of 30 days. Shipping or recovery costs will be the responsibility of the owner.

11. Parking

If the Hotel offers parking service, its availability, conditions of use, and possible restrictions will be communicated to the guest upon request.

The Hotel will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of items left inside vehicles, nor for damage caused to the vehicles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Vehicles parked within the Hotel’s premises may be subject to coverage under the current insurance policy. Such coverage will be governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, and procedures established in the corresponding policy. In the event of a loss, any applicable deductible must be paid by the vehicle owner.

12. Pets

Pets of any kind are not permitted to enter or remain within the Hotel’s facilities.

13. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications

Cancellations, refunds, date changes, and modifications will be governed by the Reservation Cancellation, Refund, and Modification Policy published by the Hotel and by the specific conditions accepted at the time of booking.

When the reservation was made through a travel agency or external platform, the conditions agreed with that company will apply.

14. Intermediaries and Travel Agencies

Reservations made through travel agencies, digital platforms, or other intermediaries are governed by the terms and conditions accepted through the channel used.

Cancellation, refund, or modification requests must be handled directly with the corresponding intermediary when it received the payment or managed the reservation.

The Hotel cannot unilaterally modify the conditions agreed between the guest and the intermediary.

15. Technical Failures and Availability

The Hotel endeavors to keep its website and payment systems available and operating correctly. However, it does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions, technical errors, or failures attributable to external providers, banking networks, Internet services, or causes beyond its control.

If there is any uncertainty regarding the outcome of a payment, the guest should not immediately repeat the transaction. The guest should contact the Hotel to verify the status and avoid duplicate charges.

16. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Hotel’s Privacy Notice.

Payment information may be processed by Openpay, PayPal, Stripe, and the participating financial institutions in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations.

17. Fortuitous Event or Force Majeure

When the provision of a service is affected by events beyond the Hotel’s reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, widespread service interruptions, social conflicts, or equivalent circumstances, the parties will seek a reasonable solution in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

This provision does not limit the consumer’s non-waivable rights.

18. Applicable Law

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Mexican States.

Any dispute may be submitted to the competent authorities, including the Federal Consumer Protection Agency when applicable.

Nothing in these terms will be interpreted as a waiver of the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

19. Amendments

The Hotel may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or commercial changes.

The current version will be the version published on the website with its corresponding update date.
