Reservation Confirmation Process

 

Once the payment has been approved, Hotel Casa González will verify the transaction and apply the deposit to the corresponding reservation.

After the deposit has been applied, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided. It will include the reservation details, the amount received, the stay dates, the room type, and the applicable conditions.

The receipt issued by Openpay confirms that the payment was processed, but it does not replace the reservation confirmation sent by Hotel Casa González.

The reservation will be considered guaranteed once the Hotel has verified the deposit and sent the corresponding written confirmation.

Payments will be verified within the period indicated in our
Confirmation and service delivery timeframes.

After selecting “Make deposit by card,” wait for Openpay to display the result. Do not press the button again or repeat the payment without first verifying the transaction status.
